Fantastic experience with Russell & Butler whilst purchasing a new home. Friendly service and we were pleased to be kept in the loop at each step of the way. The purchase process was a long one (due to a number of circumstances higher up in the chain) but Brian went above and beyond, to keep things moving along, in order to reach our completion date as quickly as possible.
