I have to give 1 star as I cannot give a 0. They certainly do not warrant even the 1 star. Very, very rude, aggressive and unprofessional employees from the Director down. Appalling, non existent customer service, verbal abuse and insults to us and no support to us as paying tenants. Employee quoted to me that they only work for landlords so no duty of care to myself, my husband or young baby as they left us in a property with a number of issues including filthy, mouldy appliances and refused to call out an emergency plumber when we had no hot water for over a week or a flushing toilet for 2 weeks! That is why we left the property after being verbally attacked, further fuelled in written response to my email complaint, victimised and bullied at the supposed check out. They did not follow any check our process and just randomly took pictures without asking us anything from the original check in document, which was not signed due to the issues we raised directly with the landlady. I spent hours chasing plumbers myself as they did nothing and communicated nothing. We now have a fight for our deposit as it was all led that way even though we have an email from the landlord quoting that she does not hold onto deposits. Please be very, very careful if your renting or looking to rent with this company as i wouldnt want another unsuspecting tenant to be misled from the property advertisments, like we were. Its not acceptable, were very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend Property Solutions to anyone.
For UOB students especially.From my friend CC who had the same experience as mine. This agent acting nicely when you first express the intention of renting and when you move out, they will start to charge a lot more money that you should pay with the extra admin fee, reference fee, etc. They basically make up the margin and charge you what ever they want with so many excuses. I had a really small room about 15 m2 but then charged over 100 for check out fee and about 80 pound for reference fee which I did not encounter that with other agents. So when you consider to rent with agent, you need to expect a lot more charge when you leave so that your carefully counted rent fee will definitely go up.In one word, the admin fee is ridiculous. This is only agent in Buckingham which own this special.
Absolutely disgusted with this company felt victimised for 2 years while in my tenancy, Please be careful if you use this company as I would never recommend it, but if you do I would record every conversation you have with them, as we was told a lot of lies during our tenancy, and also take pictures of anything you feel isnt good as they will try and charge you ridiculous fees for a small bit of dust or a light bulb not working. Was told I was a great tenant and how clean I kept the house and still they try and charge me ridiculous fees. Please be careful not a recommended company.!!!!!
Property Solutions will try anything to charge the tenant additional costs. whether its damages (that don't exist), cleaning services or extra 'Admin' fees. They make up costs and charges as they please and are slow and rude when replying to complaints. They have been exposed to us as a greedy, untrusted company that is willing to back track, lie and generally make a fool out of you because they hold your deposit. Will be taking the issues with have with them to any governing body that will listen and hopefully take away there letting licence. Be careful and take pictures, recordings and notes of every conversation.
Superb service after tenants left my rental house a mess. Repainted and cleaned in a couple of days, excellent. Claire always on hand to chase up things. Recommended.
