Over the 3 year period of dealing with Open Doors Ive found them, unhelpful, rude, uncooperative and then when I checked out they screwed me for every penny they could. From the 18 months it took to get gutters fixed to them taking my rent twice on 3 consecutive months I have found the whole management of the property to be completely focused on the landlord benefit and not the tenant. I would strongly recommend NOT to use this company and Im glad I no longer have anything to do with them. Renters beware!
I have just had some major refurbishment work completed on my house which was superbly co-ordinated and managed by Courtney Heppell at Open Doors. Her efforts to bring this all together were very much appreciated as many other parties were involved before the work could begin.

Efficient, friendly service with excellent communication throughout the works required between tenancies.
