Rooms need updating, the rooms smell like a old people's home, other than that staff are welcoming and polite. The Indian restaurant next door the foods spot on
Tired decor and features plus it's remote and not that easy to get to. Electric heaters. Tiny tv. Basic shower attachment over the bath. Cramped bathrooms. All the place has is rooms, corridors and a communal area for breakfast and bar. Next it's not in a great location. Difficult to turn into in the pitch black after a tiring day, plus it's some distance outside civilisation eg to Milton Keynes so it's a half hour drive to the hotel to shower after a meeting then 2x half hour to and from Milton Keynes to eat as the place doesn't to evening meals. I'd just pay the extra tenner and stay in Milton Keynes next time.
Reasonable price. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Rooms could do with a freshen up.
