Really good gym that is always clean and tidy. Even though it's small it has everything you need to do a good workout. Decent free weights section with 2 squat racks and big range of dumbbells up to 40kg. I don't have an opinion about the personal trainers and I haven't taken any classes.
A really friendly gym with great instructors. Becky's classes are brilliant, she's so motivating and at the end it always feels like we've had a good workout!

Someone please advise Becky Finney that it is not necessary to shout to be a good professional. She always puts the training music in the last volume too loud all the other instructors do not scream and do not make as much noise as she does. That bothers everyone. thank you!
