It's the perfect gym!! It's quiet yet friendly atmosphere is more than anyone could ask for! They have all the essential equipment and more, as for the owner he's knowledgeable, friendly and more than happy to help with any problems. Been to a few gyms and this is by far the most enjoyable!!
Great gym based in Kingfisher Golf Club just outside Stony Stratford. has a good selection of cardio machines, weights machines and free weights and a boxing ring. Also has a steam room and sauna. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. The owner Matt is very helpful and always happy to offer advice or just have a chat. I work as a Chiropractor and often encourage my patients to join up.
