Great gym.Matrix equipment.Got a good friendly atmosphere.They offer sports massage and chiropractor work.Coffee and shakes.Good sized clean pool,sauna and steam room.Kept very clean and tidy.Great plaice to be.
Great weir for trotting the stick float in, plenty of quality fish
Beware of this gym; they have a reputation for entrapping youngsters into joining and then harassing them for monies on contracts which are legally no longer binding or indeed actually legal at all. Do not become trapped by the glitzy surroundings; go to the Swan Pool or travel further afield. You have been warned!Under no circumstances should you allow your children anywhere near this place.
