My wife ordered a van, filled in the finance papers, but before this company submitted the finance papers my wife CANCELLED everything. 2 months later we find that THIS company and completed and taken 8495 from the finance company....COMMITING FRAUD.....DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
Once payment was taken the sales manager Kevin Pryor avoided my calls, told me repeatedly the vehicle had gone for an MOT, eventually I got a delivery date from him only to be told on the day...you've guessed it...the vehicle has gone for an MOT, I asked for a new delivery date and didn't hear from him again, thanks to the Co-op bank for claiming all my money back, next time cars and vans r us ltd from Milton Keynes needs a 6000 loan for 6 weeks maybe they should try a bank not their customers, that's the most stressful experience I've ever had buying a vehicle, they won't see me again or anyone I ever meet
