Firstly I am not awarding 1 star, My 19 year old son purchased a car from this dealer in very good faith, after taking a very low trade in price for his old vehicle, however the vehicle was purchased, on the drive home coming down the motorway there were problems the management light came on and the vehicle went into limp mode as anyone can imagine this was very upsetting for my son, once home we rang the dealer who advised us to take the vehicle to a garage to be assessed and that they would cover the cost, all seemed fair at this point!!!The vehicle was taken to a garage the assesment was sent to c&c cars after 2 weeks of being ignored via text calls and emails we finally got the go ahead for the vehicle to be repaired. Until the day of the repair!!!! We didn't expect to be ignored again but we were to the tune of 525 so had no option but to pay this ourselves!!!!!when Paul Carter finally returned our calls he said that a cheque was In the post stupidly we believed him, it didn't arrive!!!!after another week of chasing we finally received a cheque for 340 again we tried to get hold of him to explain why he had only sent a proportion of the bill to be totally ignored yet again, we have never received the remainder of our money!!!!! So the moral of this story is don't trust this man or his merchandise or do so at your peril!!!!!!!
