I took my duck into see the vet.she was very poorly. She could not hold her head up right. The vets were brilliant and very sympathetic. They gave me antibiotics for her and I am glad to say she is almost back to her self again.
My experience was absolutely fantastic! Service with a Smile as always. The reception staff are very friendly and brilliant with customer service, i have been a customer years and just a few months ago introduced my mums dog to the vets, and the vet surgery is just amazing with excellent customer service and staff interaction with their customers they are so fab, keep up the great work all of you and a big thank you to you all who deliver a excellent Job.Mr Joshua Lake

TOOK 108. From my credit card AND THEN TOOK ANOTHER 116 WHY WE DON'T NO.HAD TO RING UP FOR INVESTIGATION. VERY EXPENSIVE.Just walk in the door and they will try to charge you.Try to get money out of you anyway thay can.Before claiming on a insurance policy direct.Your have to be good at pleading poverty if you go to this vets. ........ Reply to vets comments. ........Im very disappointed with the way that COSTS were not discussed with my wife first before treatment. The Quality of the treatment is very good But this is not the issue here. All payment options were not made clear.
