Customer service is cold and uninviting . I had been warned by many of my friends in the university that the staff can sometimes seem hostile towards customers but I inisited on going anyway only to find that the rumours were true . There is one gentleman however (dark and sliver hair) , who is very kind and friendly and has excellent customer service skills that almost mask the poor skills of the other two members of staff . The other two members of staff( dark haired male and female ) should refrain from speaking in another language and sniggering constantly when in the middle of a conversation with customers . The beautiful thing about body language and eye contact is that even if you cannot understand what someone is saying , it is very clear when you are being talked about negatively . On the positive side the food is great but after my experience I have decided to go to other fish and chips place .
