Delivery took reasonable time considering it's a takeaway and they prepare only when ordered and taste was really good too. We enjoyed fried burgers, onion rings and fries and everything tasted good .
I have had mixede experiences from here. The chicken, both fried and grilled peri-peri, is always good from here but the delivery sometimes takes forever and once or twice the chips have arrived salt free and cold.
Very long-term customer with these guys and generally good, their peri peri chicken is nice but their service leaves much to be desired. Tonight I ordered my food which wasn't hot; the driver blamed this on 'delays'. He also dropped my drink (blamed that on someone else too) and said he would replace it in 5 minutes. fast forward 20 minutes, still nothing. I called them up, and they said they would send someone right away. fast forward another 30 minutes and finally it comes. It has taken about 2 hours for them to deliver a can of drink. No customer let down by poor service should be continued to be treated this way, especially a long-term customer.
Sadly much was left to be desired. Chicken wings, although bare in quantity, were very much lacking in flavour and spice. This was especially troubling as i had specifically requested the hottest wings on the menu. Furthermore, my order of chips arrived undercooked and very soggy. It was a loveless box of chips. If i found a box of chips and ran them under a tap for twenty minutes they would still have retained less moisture than these chips had when they arrived. I was almost impressed by the absorptivity of these chips and may use what i have left for future spills around the house. To conclude I was very disappointed.
Amazing! Quick delivery even though we live in Calvert Green! Food always piping hot and really tasty. Good value and great customer service. Will 100% use again. Thank you peri peri chicken
