Our family instructed Church View Funeral Directors following the sudden death of our loved one. We had phoned several local firms and were impressed by Church View and its staffs apparent professionalism and caring nature, and along with the fact that they were an independent family firm we decided to engage them.We couldn't fault the service we received, up to and during the funeral. However very serious issues came to light after the funeral, which remain unresolved. This has unnecessarily added to, and continues to add to, our familys grief and sadness. If the issues aren't bad enough, the lack of urgency displayed by Church View in resolving them, and the almost complete absence of communications from its owner leave us speechless. It's now been over 8 months, we have spent hours chasing and writing letters, even having to involve the National Association of Funeral Directors, but we still do not have closure. It's been 7 weeks since Church View last communicated with us, and we just cannot understand why we would be treated with such disrespect.
I can't thank the staff at Church View enough for their compassionate, caring ,and precise manner in which they gently guided our family every step of the way, I highly recommend this company for both their professional and yet sensitive disposition, in what has been a heart breaking start to the year for us all.
