Drive passed this pub every week day. Finally called in. Nice and tidy pub. Friendly landlord. Big open fireplace. Tried a pint of Seafarers. Quenched my thirst. Definitely worth a visit.

Very friendly, relaxed pub with a couple of ales on tap, a lovely bar area and a big garden. Just what you want after a walk.
Random stop for lunch. Haven't been here for nearly 30 years.Really friendly and welcoming pub. Nicely decorated. The food was excellent. It was the Sunday lunch menu. I had roast lamb, and was defeated. But really tasty and freshly cooked. Starters were really tasty and appealing.Overall good food, good pub,good staff. What's not to like. Will certainly be back
